Booths must be set up by 8:00 a.m. and all vehicles removed from vendor area by start of festival. Vendors with trailders must check in early, between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m.
Exhibit hours are 8:00 am until 4:00pm. Please do not break down early.
Booth Space – 10′ square area. May 19th is the cut-off date for applications.
**No electricity available** **No flea market items**
Profanity, obscenity, or objectionable material will be removed from show. Artist should remain on-site during the hours of the festival.
No refunds will be given after May 5, 2012, and applications received after that date will need to have the fees paid by money order. Also, refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.
